Our print shop specializes in offset sheet printing. We print on MAN Roland, Heidelberg Offset Print Machines, and since July 2005 on the KBA Rapida 162 a, a 5-color print and lacquering machine.
Formats
You can chose from 2, 4 and 5 color print machines. We print products up to a maximum format of 1020 x 1620 mm (larger than A0).
Our offset print machines are equipped with state-of-the-art electronic measuring, controlling, and norming technology. They work with the offset standard profile ICC.
This ICC profile enables: - fully automatic desitometric color measurement of simultaneously printed color bars;
- color calibration according to preselected paper grade profiles or according to the color profile of an OK sheet;
- recognition and elimination of potential fluctuations in the printing process, like changes in ink viscosity due to temperature.

Ink/Lacquer
For multi-colored prints, please choose colors from the prevalant color systems. - CMYK (Cyan-Magenta-Yellow-Key/Black)
- HKS (Hostmann-Steinberg Druckfarben, Kast + Ehinger Druckfarben und H. Schmincke & Co.)
- Pantone
For protection or refinement of your products, we offer inline lacquering. This lacquering process directly in the printing unit shortens the drying process, enabling faster finishing. We are happy to advise you on inline lacquering.
Paper
The paper used for your product should be appropriate to style and implementation, but also to printing process and finishing.
We are happy to assist you in selecting the right paper. Numerous samples are available on the premises.
