Mailer Package with Charm On 30 July 2005, the first Travel Charme Hotel outside of Germany - the Fürstenhaus Am Achensee in Tyrol - opened its doors. To inform clients of the new opening and invite them to save 10% on an early booking as the first guests, a high-quality mailer was sent in early April to 20,000 selected clients of Travel Charme Hotels.
The envelope, in an unsusual format (22 x 22 cm), with window and overprint, contained a personalized letter and a high-quality brochure with banderole and rates flyer insert. The mailer was sent as an infoletter.
